Life Surge either on fourth tier with Impulse Rush buff or save it for the following Full Thrust. The enemy should ideally be dead after your CT combo finishes. If it'll only last 1-2 more hits, your best bet is ID>Dis, but if it'll last longer (and assuming it hasn't purified away all your debuffs) you'd wanna follow with FT combo. It's all a judgment call you gotta decide on the fly. You always wanna lead with CT, though, especially if Impulse Rush is ready, and especially if your rdps is BRD/MCH so that their finishing heavy hitters get an additional 10% boost.

Also be sure to not use any damaging off-gcd hits until Disembowel is applied. Load up all your biggest burst at the end, between CT>4th and then after the 4th. Unlike in PvE, it's okay to delay GCDs in PvP if it means hitting with harder skills. After the 4th hit, your next shot will be 180 potency at best - load that space with skills that do more than 180 potency, instead.

To be honest, I just sorta wing it and people die. I'm usually top damage when my team wins, and lower otherwise primarily because I can't keep myself alive for long, especially during B4B.;;; Keen Flurry, Foresight, Recouperate, Second Wind, and Bloodbath only go so far.

ALSO. Before using SSD to close onto a healer (or dps, but mostly a healer) make sure you have Fetter Ward! It should ALWAYS be just before Jumping on someone, so they can't bind/knockback/stun and ruin your burst.

echoing what people have said, load up your buffs a bit before you really get rolling. try to get your dmg and ogcd's out with litany and impulse rush up (all the crits). most buffs should be up before you hit impulse, including power surge. life surge is the only thing i'll hold, specifically for a full thrust or 4th hit.
also bloodbath can be a life saver during your burst too. I do specifically try to have that up anytime I bfb.

also, I used this post in the pvp forum to work on my burst back in seal rock. still mostly true in the feast I'd think.
