Honestly, I could see this working. The "Mad Scientist" could be an ancestor that was in hibernation all this time and serve as a Main Story Quest dungeon. They sense invaders and send their beast out to hinder your ability to take his research/civilization's Secrets.Quote:

Binding Coil Turn 2 is also pretty much a FFIV boss gauntlet. We have Attack Node, Defence Node (other nodes) and even
CPUADS, Object 199 included.
So that's... Demon Wall, Attack/Defence Node, ADS, Kraken (pretty much Octomamoth and not a fun fight), Mum/Dad Bomb and Calcabrina. Probably others, but I can't remember every fight in the game any more.
Dalamud itself was also a FFIV reference ("finding" Bahamut in the moon). -
