Well most tanks have a 15-20 second pull macro, which leaves plenty of time >.>, and if it's a dungeon tanks wait like 2 seconds so you don't need to be striking poses :P

Doesn't change the fact that it still likes to rear it's ugly face in even cutscenes, like...the anima quest.

You technically don't even have the weapon equipped yet at that cutscene (Armageddon needed to be in your inventory for the turn-in) so I'm not sure how they even managed that.
