AMD driver Crimson Edition 16.3.2 release today has Final Fantasy under resolved issues. Im at work so I cant test it.
-
Gonna test it now. Will repost back if it crashes.
-
Currently an hour into the game on DX11 with an R9 380 running ReShade and OC'd. No crashing yet, while before this driver update I could barely make it five minutes into any content. Seems the issue, at least for the R9 380 is resolved!
-
Also running R9 380 and lasting a lot longer than usual. No crashes yet, but I don't wanna speak too soon.
Edit : Been on for a few hours, and still no crashes! Looking good! <3 I'm super stoked.
EditEdit: Running Windows 10.

Played for a couple hours on r9 380 and no crashes!!!!
-
Looks like I'll be buying a R9 380.
-
I'm at work can't wait to try it out I hope it is fixed, anyone else can confirm that the issue is resolved?
-
I have an AMD 7870. Didn't get to test it out after work, but I will also post my findings tomorrow.

Running an R9 380 since ~1.5 months, DX11 always made FFXIV hang after ~5 minutes.
Been playing in DX11 for ~1.5 hours now with 16.3.2 and no problems whatsoever. So happy to be able to play in DX11 again!

Is CrossFire working in DX11 yet?
