why is there no level 5 dol/doh materia from spoils collector diadem?

Main Hand, Off Hand, and Body only. 170 gear in the other 10 slots blows away the 180 with just IV materia in the 100% slots, and 1-2 III materia overmelds.

Yeah except (maybe and only maybe) these 3 pieces, red script i180 gear is pretty awful...
I'm pretty sure you don't get the 3-star caps with full red script gear, which is quite preposterous !
Luckily I'm culinarian, but that's a pain...

So yes, we need tier-V materias, because even tier-IV are overpriced for pentameld...

I hit 3 stars on my mules with all 7 pieces of job specific 180 gear, and one III overmeld each on the 170 belt and accessories. It just takes specialist and clam chowder, 419 CP is plenty for the recipes.

It would be nice if the devs add DoH and DoL IV materias to the Ixal quests.

Battle classes have now beastmen dailies and Arc as new options for materias, while DoH and DoL still have just spiritbind and Diadem.
