No. They are both too much Final Boss, which is not what Sophia is. And, it is not because they were "god" in FFVI that they are now. You need to do with your actual context, not with "the game from where they come from"'s context.
Though I personnally think that Sefiros' theme suit him, but eh, colors and taste.

Well either something extremely celestial/ethereal or something akin to Yunalesca, if her battle turns out to be similar to hers.

Yes because adding a FFVI boss with a FFVI song is not fanservice at all, seriously Celes' theme or not, it would still be fanservice, I don't understand your point.

WHen I said that, I meant, Warring triad is fanservice, and it's ok. Celes theme too would be a fanservice too, and it's ok. Using Celes' theme for warring triad? Both of them is fanservice element, but it doesn't fit each other.

It's like if you tell me to put Kefka's theme on chocobo's racing. Don't get me wrong, I love so much Kefka's theme and I would kill to hear a remix of it in this game. But in chocobo's racing? Nope.

Well it's not because you in particularly hate this theme that they should do something totally different. As I said in previous post, every element must be thinking depending on the actual context in the game and not from random fanservice element or it would end being a mess. And also, colors and taste.
