Garuda HM is SO 2.x. It was great before 3.0, but is hardly the best option now. You get more light from Sastasha solo even when it isn't on bonus in less time without waiting for a queue to pop. You can't beat five minutes for Brilliant and instaqueue. Or, when Sastasha's on bonus, five minutes for Blinding. Less if you're fast.

Ifrit Story solo undersized is also great. Under a minute for feeble means it equals sastasha when sastasha isn't on bonus. For Zeta light, I was doing 2x Sastasha per mahatma when it was on bonus, and 3x Sastasha and 4x Ifrit when it wasn't.

EDIT: Tam-tara Normal is also a good choice when it's on bonus. Same light as Sastasha, takes slightly longer to run. Also good for breaking up monotony when you get sick of Sastasha.

you can undersize sastasha lv15 and get 32 light within 5 mins
