If they done it like the concept that I interpreted, I think they should make the bar charged when it is minimum light party..in long future people will try to party more!! who doesnt want to (take part) on summoning Primals??
Sounds cool :) i want to know more haha
Honestly, if it takes two weeks to charge, who cares?
You'd never be able to use it to farm any endgame content you couldn't handle otherwise. You'd never be able to really make any progress in a PvP system with it (in fact I think I'd enjoy it being used on my team, just like I laugh at myself when people manage to pull off an ultimate attack on me in a fighting game). It's just a cool thing to do every once in a while.
Edit: Also, Reinheart's translations aren't "sketchy," he just doesn't do any editing on them. If you want to read some that I did for the same thing and see how similar in meaning there are, try this.
I don't like this system at all. It is to constricting, and I can see unfair monopolization. To add to that whats the point of being a Summoner if you can only summon once or twice a week. This move is bad, don't do it Yoshi-P.
This is why reading EVERYTHING is important.
First of all, I'm not quite sure you understand what "monopolization" actually is.
Secondly, Yoshida stated himself that they are looking at TWO different forms of summoning. Primals would be summoned by Free Companies and be extremely taxing.
Summoners as a job would have the ability to summon lesser spirits, like Carbuncle. (Carby was an example only)
First of all, I don't think the contents will be balanced according to the use of primals.
That said, it will most likely make the content easier if you have access to it.
I don't know why it matters much though. It won't make the content a walk in the park and it will most likely be heavily limited in how often you can use it. If it's not exactly too easy to gain access to, either, then it just sounds like a fun way to gain a small advantage in an encounter you're struggling with. It's not like you just fiddle your thumbs and the primal comes down from the heavens saving you.
Yup! ^_^ He said the Primals were more like gods, and he didn't want a single player being able to summon a "god" - so it keeps its epic...ness... Lol. Plus, needing a group to summon the primals keeps it more in line with the story line, like when the Amal'ja summon Ifrit.
Well, I mean, if a Hellfire falls in an instanced content and nobody's around to see it except for the group who claimed Ifrit and are doing the instance, does it make a sound?
at least the weather changing
