I'm the proud owner of a small house in lavender fields after seeing one open this past Sunday night, it was 11 min till a price drop but I didn't wanna risk someone else coming by and bought it full price. It can happen but you have to be lucky when looking at the housing wards, if there is a gavel go check it out right away.

Can we stop these threads already? Yes we know it now. Not enough houses for every player in the server(duhh)
They're not gonna add anything untill they feel so, they already said they will add it in the future, no amount of tears will solve anything.
All you can do is wait and be patience or hunt/buy a house from someone else.

No, that's terrible advice. We've just had reclamation introduced. If people keep quiet and patiently wait without giving feedback, then how are Square going to know there is still a problem?
Housing is promoted as a major feature of the game, a lot of content is tied to it and yet we only have enough housing for a tiny proportion of the population.

I'm delighted that the apartment style housing is being introduced in a future patch and that more wards are being planned for a future expansion but I don't think it's going to help anyone if players who can't get a house now just 'hush up' and stop complaining.

Have to agree with you. If the player base is quiet about a problem, SE will assume there is no problem.

Sorry you don't like these threads Blitzace but I feel these threads are necessary until something real is done to fix the problem.

Don't be discouraged Malsidious. Hopefully your day of home ownership in Eorzea will come!

Hopefully by then they will increase the amount of items you can decorate with. :)

If you are and "on and off" player as you say it may not be worth it as if you decide to take a break for a couple months they will seize your property. Just a thought before you drop all that money on one.
