Stat Caps for 220 Crafted Gear?

No, the changes were designed to create a disincentive for main stat melding (specifically for VIT+STR on tanks).

The stat caps are listed on Ariyala if you click the box to not filter out crafted gear. In any event, you can tell what the caps are by looking at similar gear at the same ilvl.

For all tome/raid/dungeon/HQ crafted DoW/DoM gear:
head/hands/feet have the same caps

body/legs have the same caps

accessories and belt have the same caps (but belts have VIT)

all main stats on the gear are at cap

one secondary stat is capped

the other secondary stat is at ~70% of cap

accuracy/crit/skill speed/spell speed all have the same cap
