That's a good attitude to have. And as said either poke me or Aelia about it in game - we both love doing stuff synced.

I don't really care much about achievements but I think they should be awarded to people who put in effort and do things the hard way instead of the quick/lazy way. For example leveling crafters/gatherers without doing leves should give some Soulless or No life achievement. Now the game gives extra rewards for taking the easiest(?) route. I also agree with the OP that unsyncing to make stuff faceroll easy shouldn't count for achievements.
