How to move through different Acion Bars during Battle?

Nope. Not always. Locking on does not restrict that.

Touché. It actually becomes active if you try to activate an ability while targeting something. In practice it's active just about every time you're locked-on, though.

You're definitely right. I forgot that when we're in battle, we can't just stand around with cursor spinning like I did in town.

That, and I always fight without locking on the target. Have to tab around so much these days. XD

silly op mine work every time i use mouse keyboard to play and dont find the switching to take to much time as a previous poster stated its all realy relative to your opinion of how the game plays but havinmg all three bars present would be nice

Wish I could just skip the circle pointer and get to the pointy arrow every time. Would save a button press. :D
Clunky UI is clunky.

One way to do it is to tie your second and third bars actions to macros. This way you wont have to scroll through the bars you just hit ctrl or alt and your second or third bar is there. A bit of a hassle but it works.
