subscription question for monthly subscribers

doesnt explain why i havent even got the email telling me about an upcoming subscription payment tho and i havent even been billed for subscription eithier its literally skipped a month XD got plenty of money in the account so thats not a problem :(

update -- support told me that my subscription payment was made on the 23rd of january so why havent i recieved an email telling me it has or why isnt it showing in mogstation payment history ._.

That is really weird.. you double checked your account settings, right? Your email and card are still listed?

yeah i emailed them again because the whole situation is just strange and confusing lol ;/ i have a screenshot of all the info but dont know how to upload it without using a link in forums

it says payment credit/debit card and my subscription is listed as active ;/ wanna get it sorted because i know i havent paid a sub for january n feels wrong playing for free :(

I had something similar to this happen to me once where I ended up having to reactivate my account as well as the retainers, only thing I can think of is that I must not have had quite enough to pay for both the retainers and sub that month so it kicked everything out rather than just suspending the one retainer. It seems like each retainer probably gets figured into your actual sub fee rather than separately.

yeah i have enough money in there so know thats not a problem xD my retainers expired on the day my sub n retainers fee was supposed to be paid i reactivated my retainers through mogstation but its saying my sub fee isnt due until febuary which is skipping a whole month :/
