Hey, remember the time...

I'd like a way to relive solo scenarios.

The astrologian level 60 fight was really cool. I'd love a way to play it again.

I really want replay level 60 SCH battle again. It's the best among all my level 60 I did now.

So these quests are 'absolute gems' yet the opening post tries to imply they're somehow forgettable, in order to create this non-existent problem...

Anyways, don't get the point of this. If it's the cutscenes you wanna relive, aren't they available in the Inn to rewatch? If its the tasks themselves, well, most of them were simply fetch quests or solo stuff with the occasional NPC assistance. Also, what's stopping you from making a second character if you want to go through the quests again?

What people should be asking for is actual new content with stories like that of the class/job quests, not "can I redo my lvl30 job quest as my i200+ character please?"

I'd really like to be able to do the lv 50 Dragoon duel quest again.

I like to see all the cutscenes with Haurchefant and Hamon. Love those guys. <3 Be nice to redo level 50 SCH quest and a few others. :3

The Dark Knight 50 quest was indeed a gem, I loved that touch they did...it's old school to me but I liked it.

This may be true - but EVERY quest, regardless of whether it has a cutscene or not, has a journal entry. The text in the journal entries is VERY detailed - in fact, from time to time I've noticed that the text clarifies parts of the quest story that were difficult to pick up on from the quest actions and NPC dialog alone. If you want to remember and relive the old quests, check out your journal!

I do agree, though, that it'd be nice to be able to redo some of the quest battles. There were some interesting fights, and particularly for some of my earlier jobs when I was far less experienced a player, I'd like to try them again knowing the things I know now.

Yeah, the quest journal has the entry for all of the quests and is quite nice, but I'm talking specifically about the inn journal there. :P Reading the details is great, but I do like seeing it in action as well. As far as the inn, not all of them are applicable to the inn journal and not all of the cut scenes are that important, but some times I find that the cut scene I want screens of aren't there. :<

And no. The inn room is garbage and misses an ENORMOUS chunk of cutscenes including literally every Heavensward sidequest that isn't in the Scholasticate and about half of all class/job quests. As for the battles...oh yes, let me level all my current classes to 60 again on a brand new lv1, including Dark Knight. That's a not-at-all-stupid idea.

None if this precludes new content. None of us are asking for new content to be added TO these quests. We just want to revisit them. It seems strange to me you'd even post about it since by your own admission you don't even understand what's being asked for or why.

I would even be OK with the Inn room if we could queue up several cutscenes. It drives me nuts that you spend more time in loading screens and navigating menus than actually watching cutscenes when I go there.
