Actually we don't know if she is dead. It stated that 3 bodies were found, they've not as yet identified them.

So there is still hope.

Though the three bodies found at her flat have not been officially identified as Sian Blake and her sons, the fact that three bodies have been found at her residence leads to the most likely conclusion. Top it off that they are searching for her ex-boyfriend as a potentially high-risk person of interest...
