But consider how many people, especially full FCs, are out there without housing and are active members. By the sounds of it, you don't want to play this game any more, so why restrict a bunch of other people from this opportunity just because of something you did in the past?
80% of the money returned is more than reasonable. I unfortunately do not have sympathy for people in your situation, it's just not fair for inactive people to hold onto something that they aren't even using. And I have a private house, so this isn't like a personal salt message. It's just not fair on the people out there who are already being screwed by a sub-par housing system.
