well SE could have been even more lasy
comparing the Anima Weapon (FFXIV) to the Aeonic weapon (FFXI) quest line
1) Aeonic questline there is no hints in game on how to even get the base weapon
2) step 1 for Aeonic is something like gather 50,000 beads (which have quite a rare drop rate) Vs 18 rare drop items
