You know I wonder if the maintenance will reset the weekly eso cap on wednesday?
Why do people always ask this question? Not trying to be mean to you it just seems like a common question that comes up lot when they do patches/hotfixes. Maintenance doesn't reset the tomes cap. This happened like once or twice back when the game first launched but haven't heard of it happening since then.
That just means that people didn't run roulettes or daily quests before weekly reset, and they still have that window to use them before the daily reset. They are not getting extra of either, but doing this does allow you to get ahead in weekly tomes. Also, I'm fairly sure they said they were never going to allow maintenance to effect tomes resetting again. Not gonna go digging through 2 years worth of forum to find it, but it was a pretty big mistake and it has not occurred since, as Lexia said.
Time Zones... Regular maintenance used to be Monday night or Tuesday morning about 11pm ~ midnight. Lately I'm seeing Tuesday about 9pm or 10 pm-ish into Wednesday morning. Time Zones. Was there any reason or notice for the 1 day shift?. .. Well either way, the weekly reset for me is still late Monday night. I'm thinking it might have something more to do with the European servers since those were the only real change I can remember before noticing the shift in regular maintenance.
They probably don't work during weekend unless emergencies.
Monday they get things ready. Tuesday they update. Wednesday up to Friday they apply bug fixes then weekend they rest and troll at us farming and dying at what they developed or reading the forums.
