I rarely say anything personally but this is an MMO that by Square Enix's own forum commentary forums has suffered a trust and "promises" issues and trademark damage and CERTAINLY worth saving. Noting your experience can you name previous versions of FF that were belly flops that got major reworks?

Yeah, haha.

I lost about half my FC to Fallout "6" (I'm sure he means Fallout 4) as well. They're not even playing the game, they just went for sandbox mode and they're building forts. Fallout Minecraft. Fallout Sims. Fallout Legos.

They'll get bored eventually, but the developers of Fallout 4 hit the sweet spot of letting them get their money's worth.

Except they're making a lot of profit, so much that it along with their mobile division, got SE out of the red. Right now you sound like an upset customer going into a popular clothing store franchise while screaming "If you don't cater to my needs and turn this into a restaurant, your company will die!". You're asking them to turn an MMORPG into an RPG, why not go play an RPG?
