Materia Graphic request

If it can be done for 2.0, I guess that's better than nothing.

Surprising that this hadn't been thought of before (or if it had that it hadn't been stated that it would be implemented in the future so people can have something to look forward to).

Agreed, that would make the weapons look more interesting. Only problem would be items with multimelds, you'd have to mix the colors somehow I guess.

This sounds great, so long as it is tasteful, like Frostbite, and the subtle effect shown whenever you do ice damage. I LOVE the subtlety, I hate other mmo's that make your entire character glow bright red/green/blue when you enchant/slot/enhance your gear.

The ifrit weapons are also very tastefully done. Bravo.
