A very large percentage of MMOs fail in their first year. So the reboot would be no different. Move along people, nothing to see here.

How will you feel if Azurymber makes a post and everyone ignores it?

How will we feel if we leave the game and go to ToR and it is Aion all over, How about if GW2 turns out to be a bigger pile of @@@@ then XIV was at launch. How will we feel if we play WoW after this and GW2 causes them to condense down to 2 global servers. How will we feel if we quit this game, and it ends up being the WoW killer in 2.0. How about if the government bans mmos in the US because of the addictive properties and we waste our limited time. Will you feel bad then. All of those are a possible scenario, some more then others obviously.
As for square their track record shows other wise. The largest RPG franchise in history, one of the most successful mmos of all times, a near endless amount of funds to fix the game, and a very very promising future look.
Basically in the end is everyone who says they are quitting really ready to pay for another NA mmo, All of which have failed or rapidly dying shortly after release... sorta a pattern since WoW's release.
Azury, in all due respect, you could of made this point in your other negative thread.
If, after paying for a year, this game dies then I would have played a game I enjoyed playing for over 2 years and would have no complaints. Most games I play don't last anything like that long.
All patches for all MMO's cause controversy. There is nothing SE could do (and that includes doing nothing) that wouldn't upset someone somewhere. Its just the way things are.
