Lol seriously? Stop thinking about WoW and start thinking about great features that make playing more fun. Achievement system and Dungeon Finder type system would be AWESOME additions to this game. And if you dont like them, guess what, you don't have to use them!!!

I don't want this game to be like FFXI, nor do I want to remain how it is. But the direction it's going is just like every other MMO. It's turning into Rift, WoW, every other one of those. If I want to play those games, I'm going to play those games. This is turning into WoW with FF flavor.

Graphics remain the same. I'm judging the UI concept screenshot in addition to the idea of "in-game addons." Really SE? Really? Yeah, it's concept, but THAT'S what they're trying to create. THAT'S the idea.

Pretty much staples of a lot of MMOs out there, but... all in all what they're aiming to do with it just leaves me sad. The UI looks like freaking Rift/WoW.

Maybe so, but a lot of what the letters from the producers have stated and this huge leads me to believe it's so. The whole thing sounds like a mix of Aion/Rift/WoW. And... every MMO that comes out nowadays is pretty much like that. FFXIV is not going to be unique anymore.

I'm not saying what we have right now is good, or even FFXI. However, I don't want more of the same. UNIQUE is good. Them having to resort to copying other games is what disappoints me.
