probably if they add an ice effect to his feet (similar to the shiva pony) while flying. so he runs over a path of ice through the air.

I find it amusing to read people's arguments over what makes sense or not in a "fantasy" game.

I don't really know the lore for Fenrir in this game, but in XI he was kind of a counterpart to Caruncle, and both of them could fly as far as I can remember. He's some kind of ice creature, now, with seemingly no magical abilities, so it would feel pretty silly, I guess. Considering he's one of the most time consuming mounts to obtain in the game it is pretty lame that he's grounded, though.

Also if the adamantoise flew Gamera style I'd dump my MGP on him in a heartbeat.

Well, from my prespective of knowing, from the past ff series fenrir can summon / control wind flow by his howling, why not just make him able to fly by giving him mini typhoon in all his toes maybe ? xD
