These are the FFXIV forums, not the super smash bros/ff7 forums. What exactly do you expect? Should we post a thread about how much we're looking forward to kingdom hearts 3 here just cause it's made by SE?

You said it yourself: it's the General Discussion forum, not the Off Topic forum.

It's for discussing topics about FFXIV that don't fall under any other subforum.
