That would have made it worth $10 at most with it being all one piece and undyable. The other scion's are also over priced considering what that they're mostly minor edits of existing clothing (and Yda's is also one piece). I would have expected them to be in line with the cost of seasonal clothing as that would be more appropriate.
Clearly, SE is experimenting with pricing to see what they can get away with for future items. If these sell well, I'm sure we can expect future items to be even more expensive.
I was excited to get the minfilia outfit, I don't care about it being non-dyable, that's no biggie to me. but some of my classes I wanted specifically the bottoms, or the gloves. the fact that it's all a one piece thing makes me very disappointed. the entire outfit doesn't work as well with every job. I might withhold on buying it now in hopes they separate it down the road. I get they wanted to push the new glamour feature of "one piece can now glamour over multiple parts", but this was the wrong thing to do that with imo
I don't know who was behind such a stupid decision, but to charge a player the equivalent of a one month subscription for a one piece undyeable set is a joke. This set should come in peices like all the other seasonal/store gear (lightning, etc). AND it should be dyeable so we can match it to other gear we have. Do something about this SE! Use the brain you were born with. Stop being lazy.
You don't have to buy it OP. I looked at the old Scion outfits and I had no desire to buy them at all.
They probably designed it as one-piece when they first made it for only Minfillia and didn't bother to separate it when they released it versus the other scions' outfits, which were already bits and pieces of existing gear.
I hate to say it, but, if you don't like it, don't buy it. If it's too expensive, but you still want it, buy it. If you go to the store right this second there will be things there you'd like, but that are priced too highly, you might even call them overpriced. However if that is the price that the market will bear, then that is the price you'll pay.
Strike 1: one piece
Strike 2: undyeable
Strike 3: overpriced
It's out for me. I think it being all one piece is the worst of the three.
What Kosmos said.
Also, why complain when you can finally be your very own Minfilia? Yay!
