Was this on Easy or on Normal? Does it matter? Someone was saying the spots change based on difficulty but I don't know about that.

When I go to 33,13 on Easy, this spot never allows me to fish. The island with the 2 whirlwinds, right?

On Easy, 14,14 is the only place I can do any cloudfishing.

I can confirm 33,13 is available at Normal. It's a great place, safe, Pterodactyl and Gem Marimo in 1 place!
