Honestly, think about how SE did the roulettes in 3.1. The way they set it up was where there were 2 Roulettes(like ARR 2.5), and each had tombstones. Expert gives 40+35, while Lv 60 gives 30+15. This allows us to get 120 Esos a day, making things much, MUCH easier on the base than daily grinding. You can cap in 4 days.
They're all straight hallways with trash. I don't know why anyone complains about running the same dungeon when we've been running the same dungeon since friggin amdapor keep.
As long as they make the dungeons interesting and have some changes in scenery I'm ok with it. Neverreap and Fractal were just room after room or island after island of the exact same scenery. This time around, The Arboretum is super cool and has varied landscapes and rooms, and even Pharos Hard has some different stuff instead of just the lighthouse part. It is nice to have different scenery and a whole big mix of different mob types instead of either Vanu, bees and hakulak or "all the robot looking things".
Why can't they release two level 60 dungeons every patch (at least until/if the level cap increases) and have simply a Level 60 Roulette? Put them all in there. Eventually there would be more than the four we have now. Leave the Level 50 Roulette as-is. Leave the Leveling Roulette as-is. Finally, use the quest sync feature and put all dungeons into the EX Roulette but have them sync up to level 60. Could possibly supplement this with a few special rare drops or mobs, chance for a Mistbreak item etc. Something. This way running an EX you could literally get anything.
You get 40 eso for completing objectives in the Diadem.
Join the end-game and exterminate dinosaurs for a while. You will LONG for expert roulette to take you back.
