Can't, or don't want to? That's really the big question. If people don't WANT to play FF14 on weekdays because they're too tired after work, who are you to say they HAVE to?

Pretty much this.
The 2 new Dungeons ("Saint Mocianne's Arboretum" and "Pharos Sirius (Hard)") will replace the current Expert Roulette, which will grant 40 Eso's per dungeon and an additional 35 for each "First completion of the day"-bonus. So, that doesn't really change. "Neverreap" and "The Fractal Continuum" will be moved to a "Duty Roulette: Level 60 Dungeons". This new Roulette will get it's own "First completion of the day"-bonus, which will most likely grant more Eso's then the Trial Roulette, but less then the Expert Roulette.
Let's say the "Duty Roulette: Level 60 Dungeons" will grant 20 additional Eso's "First completion of the day"-bonus. This would mean that you can get 75 Eso's for the Expert Roulette, 50 for the "Duty Roulette: Level 60 Dungeons", 10 for the "Trial Roulette" and then some from Void Ark as well as the Airship Exploration (which you can do once every 2 hours). That is actually not such a bad deal.
If you would only do Void Ark once in a week, because you got your drop with the first run. You can still get around 150 to 175 (rough estimation) with 2 dungeons, 1 trial and 1 24-man Raid, in just 1 day.
"Oh noes! I'm getting new dungeons for my expert roulette! Shame on you SE!"
Is this what I'm seeing?
Said it before, and i'll say it again. Adding a third dungeon to expert roulette hasn't and will not change ANYTHING to break the tedium of things as long as SE resorts to the hallway design of things. Now, instead of 3 variations of the same content, there's other things to do for esoterics such as explorations and like you said, void ark. SE is trying to(at least I THINK they are) implement things to branch out of the typical process while keeping the original in tact.
This happens with EVERY UPDATE. In 3.2 the Eos (or a newer tomestome) reward will drop even lower, the reward for the two 3.1 dungeons will be reduced, and so on. Older content is easier and faster to do as our iLv increases and so the reward is adjusted. This will never stop, so better get used to it.
You must be new here.
Nuff said.
Actually this only applies if there is a new tomb set to replace the prev. tier. All 4 dungeon should be under the same tier until a new tomb set is introduced. Bear in mind there was no new tomb set introduced only new dungeons wish drop the same amount of tombs as the previous tier. The tombs were lowered in those dungeon in order to force players to populate the newer dungeons more often if it were not under a roulette. This was done motivate population in the 2 new dungeons.
I dont see why youre crying here?
Were getting 2 new dungeons which will the same or more eso per completion, even then I cant see why anyone would cry at neverreap or fractal being made irrelevant
