Except FFXIV is a very limited game in itself.. They can't even add certain character customisation options due to limitations. They can't just suddenly implement it so every raid is able to adjust to the amount of people in it.

This could be suggested for the future but this isn't going to happen any time soon. They can't even separate the horns from an Au Ra's face.

It is important to point out that FC Airship Explorations allow for 24 man premades. It is also important to point out that FCs with level 50 airships are the only way to do hard mode Explorations. This is the most large FC, big group friendly patch this game has seen since ARR went live.

This right here. My own FC isn't very big, but we're decked out in airships. I'm wondering, however, if the 2-hour wait time on exploration is per-person or per-airship. If it's the latter, it's going to be hell on large FCs.

I agree with this, but they did mention in advance we might just have 2 raid tiers, hate to say it, thats a promise I wish they never stuck to but that design process of wanting faster releases for expansions led to shorter raid tiers, not flex raiding.

That they already had raid plans and have been focusing on those? The player base are constantly changing their minds, 'I want this nerfed,' 'I want harder content,' 'There's not enough raids,' 'There's not enough single player content'... Now for some reason everyone is complaining because they suddenly want flexible raids as priority and SE haven't got around to implementing it? Give me a break.
