Definitely! This would be wonderful. The bgm is already in the game, so I'd figure it's low resource to implement. I know they have a million other things that take precedence, though.

As much as love Matoya's Cave, apart from the small reference in the mount's icon description (about brooms talking backwards), this mount actually has pretty much nothing to do with Matoya and everything to do with the Halloween event - I'm just glad that it used All Saints' Wake as it's BGM period.
Really, Soken could have just given it The Rider's Boon or the flying mount theme as it's BGM which was a variation on the theme for the Keeper of the Lake instead of All Saints Wake.... but I digress.
Dont really care anything about the mount or what song plays, I just wish the cast animation for the silence spell when you're doing the quest for the broom was a real thing. Easily the best, most anime oriented animation I've seen in this game or any other.
maybe the king mog theme since it already sounds like Halloween Town from KH and there is no mount for that primal?
YES PLEASEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE
I'd rather there be mounts that play the Pharos Sirius and Snowcloak themes, and that a separate mount players the Matoya cave theme instead of this one
Prefer the current theme. As has been said, the current broom doesn't really have much to do with Matoya.
On top of that, and as was also stated multiple times in the referenced reddit thread, the version of Matoya's theme in FFXIV doesn't really work as a mount theme nearly as well as the All Saint's Wake music does. It's too subdued and slow. A different version of the broom that plays a different version of Matoya's theme would be alright, though.
As soon as I got the for-real broom, the very first thing I did was test it to see if Matoya's music was playing. I'd definitely rather have that than the Christmasy-sounding Halloween theme this game uses.
I would love this!
