Check the sale history if you don't mind? I just checked the sale history of the Bustier's on Balmung, and while bost NQ and HQ sell, the HQ is always roughly the same price as the NQ when it sells. The ones actually on MB that are more expensive likely won't sell.

This is because of the fact that the HQ on it makes no difference whatsoever. Even as far as "I just want all HQ" doesn't make sense since it's a glamor item, not an actually used item.

Crafters like to HQ items as a status thing. Their signature is on the item, and a lot of crafters will sell their NQ items for a lot cheaper.

First of all - i feel sad for your server if those items are that cheap already - the undercutting must be strong on this one xD
Second: My Server's selling list that shows exactly the opposite then your server (read: NQ or HQ doesnt matter)

I've noticed the same thing on Excalibur and Phoenix. In most situations with glamors, there is no difference in price from HQ to NQ. I've even told crafters that I've sought out for cheaper rates than on MB in the past that quality didn't matter, and I think the only place it does matter is as bragging rights for the crafter. With level 1 glam gear, the HQ just literally isn't worth any more than the NQ to most buyers, because it isn't like a difference in stats is going to matter. (If there even is a difference-I've never paid that much attention to my glams.)

While HQ and NQ sell at the same price on some servers, I know for a fact on others, HQ is worth more, regardless of it being a glam only item. I even had a crafter who failed a HQ item he was crafting for me and wouldn't give me the NQ one, instead used his own materials to make it HQ because he saw the NQ as a failure. I guess some people just take pride in HQing their crafts. :)

Well my server always sell with little price. Sometimes I see other server's price is like... o_o wut? over million? It's really big difference with my server lol. Somehow by doing daily roulette here, you gonna be rich here :p
