I think LB1 and LB2 are the same on caster/ranged, or it doesn't come off as a significant difference. Caster and ranged LB3, ranged is definitely almost exactly 10% weaker.

Person using the limit break should DEFINITELY be able to see the aoe marker during cast. The fact that they can't now is kind of silly. I noticed one person said "so the other people can know not to pull mobs out of it." but that isn't a reason to not have it shown to the caster, who cannot even tell if they are in it to begin with of a course of distance. It just further increases the chances of missing and then perpetuates using those specific limit breaks even less due to their inability to be aimed correctly. -
