Can we get CT roulette or 1 party version?

Well.. there are a few mechanics that are splitting the parties, but yeah, if devs wouldn't mind adjusting this a bit, then it would be possible and I agree that it would be the best option. I have just tried to offer as many options as possible so they wouldn't look at this thread and say "hmm, too hard to implement, we won't do this." :)

But I would definitely love the way to run the raid again if it even meant that I would run it with only 5-7 FC mates instead of 23 people. I believe it is still better than letting the content die out completely. :)

I support the "1 party version" option! Preferably undersized.

I've only just recently done the quests to unlock CT, and when I asked some people in my LS, they were like, "Good luck getting a party together for that. But really, just forget about it. It's dead content, and no one is interested in doing it anymore." ...Which is a shame 'cuz I'd really like to experience it at least once. But, getting myself and 23 other people together or to queue for CT, in reality, will never happen. But an undersized party... that I could see work.

Please make CT have an Undersized Party option Square Enix. :)

If they would do a 1 party version, they would have to redo every single fight in the raids... Which is a lot of work when they could easily make it a roulette

A weekly type roulette for them would work nicely.

Have fun to do Atomos in CT1 with just 8 people (where 4 people have to be on each of the 3 platforms)

Undersized mode for CT will not work without a complet redesign of the mechanics.
And seeing that the devs haven't changed anything on the mechanics in the normal dungeons for undersized mode it will not happen for CT.

That is why I suggested the roulette option too. :rolleyes:

I really only want the Minion in WoD but yes getting a group now for it is impossible cause DF never goes through not enough people doing it.

Yep, I want the demon armor for my tank (I always did WoD as dps) for glamour, but can't get a group together for it either in DF or PF. :(

MSQ was because it's MSQ it's required to progress forward so of course there was a roulette designed to entice others to do it again once they completed it in an effort to encourage more people to do that Duty.

With the Crystal Tower there is currently no incentive other than glamour to do it so adding a roulette won't really do much atm unless you maybe do the following.

A thought that comes to mind perhaps a daily where you get a token, and a weekly where you get 3 tokens for doing all three. These tokens could be exchanged for items that are normally found within tower such as Triple Triad card, furniture material, minions, gear and maybe new unique items. With this incentive there would be a renewed reason to do it since say if someone wanted the Cloud of Darkness Minion but the odds of getting a lot of groups to do x dungeon is low, they could instead obtain tokens to exchange for it, let's say that maybe it takes 10 tokens to obtain it aka 1 weeks worth of tokens. In this mentality you would only have to do 7 random Crystal Tower Dungeons for 1 token each and then the 3 you get from doing the weekly. Something like that could perhaps liven up the system a bit but again it's tricky because even with systems like this people will always want the path of least resistance or whatever is faster etc etc so you can't eve create a system that pleases everyone or works in every situation.

Wait, I thought we WERE getting it in a Roulette once the new 24-man was established (like 3.1 to 3.12 ish).


In any case, it needs to be added considering it can take well over an hour to get into them, and it'd give us another option to gain exp/eso tomes in Heavensward, as well as powering newer players through.
