Can't put my finger on it but my character feels too much like she's not doing anything important in the world of Eorzea.

the first thing comes to my mind after reading the title is... subscription fee. And I guess I am not too connected to my char right now as there's no subcription fee lol

A Title system would help. But FFXIV is lacking in content so badly that I can hardly think of any actual achievements.

I would prefer more character customizations to become more attached(besides the lack of content = lack of interest).
I would have prefered if ALL facial hair, tattoos, Hairstyles, Scars from ALL(or atleast most) races could be used for anybody.
There is some male elezen scars I would like to have used for my midlander.
edit:While there are options now it just would have been better if it all was connected. So girls can't get beards but can also use the scars, tats, etc. -

i feel dessconntected to my character if I can't fully explore my world and role play in it. Like if I want to go for a "swim" to take a quick "bath" in a role play sence I should beable to. If i want to "Jump" up on a rock face to have a epic view of the area at night and see all the stars, I should be able to. If I want to hide in a tree and jump down and attack an enemy in mid air, I should be able to.
All these things are stuff I can do in elder scrolls. I would love to do this stuff in final fantasy. well switch a rock with tree but ya. I love for my character to really explore the world she is in, and not be limited in doing so. I don't feel immersed in a game if I'm so limited in what I can do. -

Again sorry but I was putting something pretty tasteful that adds to the role play in role playing games. I love role playing in mmorpg. Which includes anything to make my character feel move aline, and unlimited exploration is part of that. What I do should not bother you in the slightest. If it does walk away.
