Yoshi already explained before why they're not doing cross-class glamour.

Good idea but never real money...I have spent so much money on this game...this kid of stuff should all be quest related and free for those who want and choose to do it for the item.

A22: Unfortunately, there’s a certain image that we would like to sustain for FINAL FANTASY XIV. We feel that it would confuse the new players if they see casters in heavy armor and tanks in mage gear.

However, if there’s any specific gear you would like to glamour, we will consider those requests individually so please request them through our official forums.

They don't get confused in Tera. (Outfits.)
They don't get confused in EQ1. (No restrictions.)
They don't get confused in EQ2. (No restrictions.)

They don't get confused in Wildstar.
They don't get confused in WoW. (People in robes everywhere!)

I think that excuse is terrible honestly. Unless they also restrict certain pieces of clothes to be used as glamour as well.

Let's keep Eorzea a clean place. Limit real money for what they are really needed, which is the monthly subscription just in case someone missed it, please.
