wouldn't have to bring up both Idyllshire and Mor Dhona if that was true.
or we participate in a Garlean revolution, it would be very FF12-like. Garlemald in the center, Ala Mihgo to the South and Doma to the East being places we visit first.
I like being able to walk around Ishgard.... I mean, Idyllshire is pretty and all but there are just too many people there pretty much all the time so going there is a chore.
I can understand OPs request. It might have been nice to wind up back at Ishgard at the end of the story... but wait, we're not done with 3.xx story yet are we.
Also: anyone noticed goblins are still re-building Idyllshire? I dont think that area will feel so small in the future.
Hm, I somewhat agree with this sentiment. I love Foundation and how it is a vast city compared to everything else we've seen, and I would love to see people strolling across the bridge and up and down the streets more often instead of just in The Jeweled Crozier. I love the bustling feeling of it all.
But at the same time, as someone else said, having all those people in one place might not work too well. I can only imagine what getting to a summoning bell will be like.
Housing area is king of all "AFK" places as it has all in one packet, mb, bell, vendors and ofc your FC/Personal house.
I really think people migrate to area's like Mor or Idleshire for one specific reason:
It's where all the gear upgrade NPCs are.
I think it's just easier to just hang out there while they queue and come back for quick turn in's or some jazz like that. Just my guess anyway. Summoning bells just put icing on the cake.
Remember when the Gold Saucer was the place to afk? No? Meh. xD
