level another class that doesnt depend on your progress with your gf. play drg with gf

well, without getting into heavensward or leveling you still have a lot of things to do like any of the ex primals except Ravana and Bismarck, Coil 1-13 and any of the lv 50 dungeons, just pick something you enjoy really.
And yes, leveling another job is also an option, they are all pretty fun.
