True, it's not like the Wandering Minstrel is a special NPC that only appears for the event. They can simply add the option to visit the Eighteenth Floor when you talk to him at Revenant's Toll.

When i went there all I could think of was this.

I also loved the fact that we killed a bunch of video game "bugs" named "regression." Riding Nightmare backwards also needs to be a thing. lmao ♪
