Flying in Housing Wards

Yes, but inside the houses. And RNG place them, not the players.

The zones aren't designed for flight, it'd take a lot more work than just flicking the fly switch. And we know how much SE hates working on housing.

(And it would also ruin my FC's jumping puzzle to get onto our roof and enjoy the view.)

I don't think people would like traffic in their house and may make their house private as a result
