oh sorry, I didn't mean M is cheap, I only meant S plot was cheap which should be around or below 2M (after 3months = half price),
I remember on the day personal house was implemented, I bought a S for around 1.6M while everyone just rush into ST for the unlocked loots!
I told my friends loudly, hey pick your S house now, 1.6M is relatively cheap when comparing with your melded gears!
but they only wanted the ST loots immediately so now they complaining no S plots left, sigh.

I'm interested too. Is there straight up any world out there that still has small plots open?

I know my server and servers like it (Mid-Hi pop) have no slots anywhere. I'm patiently gathering and waiting for the eventually new wards/places for housing plots sometime in the distant future.

Yeah I'm on Balmung so when they do add new plots it's gonna be crazy trying to buy one even then. Will have to set alarm and get up first thing post maintenance no doubt. I'm just not sure what I wanna do. I've played hardcore for so long and I had a house on Gilgamesh but I guess I'm just looking for a more laid back and friendly community these days. But I miss having a house to spend time crafting there in private D:

If they add new wards in new area, and for exmaple S plot starting from 30m and reduce to 3m in 3months,
maybe this can help ppl who can't online right after maint. to get a plot?
I think most ppl will hold their fire until the S plots market reaches a break point and suddenly all sold in one day. ^^;

Also, make sure you log outside the area you want your house in. That's what I had to do.

If smalls are that expensive wellll I definitely won't be getting one. Having transferred from Gilgamesh to balmung only about a month ago I have pretty limited gil at the moment. Starting price for a small on Gilgamesh was about 4.5 mill. What are they usually in balmung? D:

Ragnarok has no S/M/L plots I think in any zones last time I checked.

No open housing on Leviathan for ages. Would love to see some new wards please! I been savin' my gils.

You'd have the same problem, plus you'd price it out of a large number of people's range.
