Leves, Daily Hunts, FATES, Challenge log, Duty Roulette, Dungeon spam, Sidequests. If thats not enough to get you 1 level then I duno what to tell you.

Or well you get 4k more exp than at lvl 50

Lvl 49 to 50 You can get the entire level getting the map achievemetns
In the exp at most you get like 30-40k exp.
You needed 520000~exp 49 to 50
You need 3,8mil~ exp 59-60

I'm currently working on leveling my 4th job up to 60 and I have never grinded FATEs.
For my main job (BLM) I made use of MSQ + Sidequests + Available DR (High-level, Leveling, Main Scenario, Trial & Guildhest) + Last dungeon unlocked + Challenge Log. For the rest I'm using just the same except MSQ and occasional sidequests still available at some levels (57-58 in my case). From time to I use some leve allowances for Temple Leves or even normal levequests.
Features are there for you to make use of them; increasing sidequests exp reward is not necessary at all.
