Yes I sent them a message about compensation also. I also got hit with this bug:

So yeah it reverted back to 450 and I couldn't turn in a single thing. And it' still not fixed or rest. Probably won't do any good but thought I would give it a shot

Seriously? You guys still don't get it? How many different ways can we possibly explain this too you? Once again, It reset to 0 at the correct time Thursday morning. I didn't have any collections in my inventory. I went out and started doing my collections. After a few hours I decided to go turn them in and come to find out the total REVERTED back to 450/450 hence I couldn't turn anything in and I was back to where I started before the reset.
I understand Sartori, although I have yet to start scrip gathering. There seems to be a lot of people who have had a problem whereby their limit didn't reset properly on Thursday (reset day in the UK). It is a genuine problem for anyone who likes to progress speedily.
If the hotfix is on Tuesday, with the normal 'non-gathering' fixes, they may make it possible to gather enough before the weekly reset should they become much easier to gather.
It's not perfect and I fully understand why you're annoyed but I think it's highly unlikely they will give 'compensation' as it's impossible to prove that you would have maxed the limit already.
I handed in all my scripts before thursday (the supposed reset day) had a day to wait for reset to happen. But yes, i've also contacted support.
All i've gotten so far is a automated response from the GM team.
