This is pissing me off. Obviously there are 3 people that registered their account with my invite code, yet Square Enix acts like they did not.
I wish I could talk to some real customer service instead of some brain dead automated copy pasta reply...
Oh well, time to cancel my sub for good then. I was already not really motivated to resume the vertical mindless gear grind, but if now I can't even enjoy my long anticipated mount that I should have obtained, then screw this.
I know I won't get any assistance anyway, I don't know why I bother trying.

The moogle Mail has a limit of 20 letters. If you have 20 then go delete some mail so new mail can be received.
