I have met ONE War using this, and they used it when they got the debuff, not a second or two before.
So by the time I noticed, clicked on them, and cast Leeches, the debuff was just ending, so not worth at all.

Pretty much this, there will always be "That guy" who makes a macro with 50'000 sounds... I know some bards place the spell on the War just before the pull, it lasts long enough most of the time to cleanse the debuff.
The Warden's Paean is also a new 58 skill the Bard got: Creates a barrier on a target party member or pet that nullifies the next detrimental effect suffered. Can be used with other songs. Duration: 30s. (I saw a few people wondering about this, so here :O!)
I don't actually mind berserk macros but I've encountered some WARs who put an obnoxious countdown with sound effects right before the pacification goes off.
There's your problem. "A good bard", which are far and few between. I don't macro Berserk because my latency eff's up for some reason and I need it to be spot on when I use it. That being said if I do berserk and I see a paean on me that brd is getting a commendation.
So... you want a Brd to spend 3 seconds casting something to save the tank 5 seconds of pacification after their primary burst phase? Yeah, no. Unless it's before a pull, you can forget it. I do esuna it whenever I can on healer if I'm not busy, but I don't tolerate princess tanks.
As a BRD, I do prefer something that let me know that you've used Berserk. Even if I focus target the WAR, the game decided that seeing Regen, Protect and even Defiance is more important than me seeing your Berserk. And no way in hell I'm gonna target just to check that.
Granted, losing 3 seconds of DPS for a 5 seconds pacification is not really worth it. I'll use it before pulls and in between waves/pulls or downtimes. But I won't trade a Heavy Shot + Bloodletter for a Pacification :p
Hmmm someone on the forums mentioned it can also prevent infirmity in t5.
Look on the bright side OP, at least you have a use for the skill now, cause it's not like it was doing much anywhere else!
10/10 Devs, <Nice Job!>
