T2 wasn't even used anyway. T1 was always better, with a B1 if you need a filler.

Now, with B4 needing to be cast in ice phase, the longer cast time of T2/T3 delays your fire phase. Thunder is still filler, and thundercloud can only be used on certain circumstances.
