Only problem is as written the contest or sweepstakes is illegal in the US as it requires a purchase of the game from Amazon to enter. No contest or sweetpstatkes in the US can require any kind of purchase for entry

correct those are the rules and they say only a pruchase of teh game through Amazon by the date listed will be eligible. According to US law all sweepstakes and such must by law be no purchase necessary as requiring a purchase to participate is against the law

Since the contest is done by se which is in japan therefore has different regulations and also as stated void where prohibited and laws vary by state

correct but the contest is only available to those in the US and as such all applicable US laws have to be followed

Since its an contest it is different from sweepstakes laws and yes the contest is legal according to CA laws

Thank you very much for that and I stand corrected then if such falls under as a contest and not a sweepstakes then I am incorrect
