On P2 I'm able to maintain about 800-820ish at i179 (last time I ran it) with an upgraded Law weapon. This is with the fight You need to save your SSD for far-away mobs and Geirskogul should never hit less than 2 monsters at a time. I suspect you can pump your DPS numbers up as well by sticking to AOE rotation during the largest mob grouping. Also saving Dragonfire Dive for large groups and basically doing everything you can to keep BotD up during every single target zone.
I've also been as low as 700-750 trying the same things. Some groups the mobs keep spinning and your 4th won't hit for crap, or the mobs die at the exact wrong time causing your buffs to go to waste or your group doesn't have any good group buffs.
Honestly, always strive to do the best you can but know that not all factors are under your control. If you are doing better DPS than people of higher gear and clearing the duty, you are doing your job.

While your parse is still a little low, keep in mind a lot of the parses on the forums are totally exaggerated. They are what i like to term "God Parses", as in they parsed that a ton of times and came out with the very very highest they could parse- not to mention some of them are made up in general.
