Thank you for contacting the Square Enix Support Centre.
We regret to inform you that our merchandise store does not at present ship products to Australia or New Zealand. We are, however, working hard on extending out shipping to these regions and you should soon be able to purchase the Bluray soundtrack. Unfortunately, we, as the support team, do not have any information regarding release dates or future plans for specific regions and are thus unable to provide you a specific date.
We do apologise for this inconvenience and do hope that we will soon be able to serve you as a valued customer.
Kind regards,
The Square Enix Support Centre team
And when I asked about getting the art book:

Thank you for contacting the Square Enix Support Centre.
We are sorry to hear that you are expereincing this technical difficulty. Thank you for your interest in the Art of Eorzea Art Book.
We have little information on this matter that is available - all we are aware of is that it will first become available at Fan Festival - and then the Square Enix Store.
As our store does not ship to AU at the moment, unfortunately, it is unlikely that this will be available for purchase in your region - however, as yet there is no official confirmation on this.
We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
Kind regards,
The Square Enix Support Centre team
I love it when people post dumb thoughtless things like this on the same page as someone posts a proxy service run by the government owned post office.
So why are they undermining their own "silly laws"? Could it be you actually have no idea what you're talking about?
Well, SE doesn't seem to care about us at all.

Thank you for contacting Square Enix Merchandise Support.
We are very sorry that you are unable to order these products from Australia. The Square Enix Store does indeed not deliver any physical products to Australia for technical reasons and the Game Time Card for FINAL FANTASY XIV is sadly included in the list of products not available in your territory.
We understand that this can be disappointing but at the moment there are no plans to change this. However, should it ever change in the future we will make sure to advertise appropriately and inform all of our customers in your region.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your patience.
Please do not hesitate to contact us again with any further questions.
Kind regards,
The Square Enix Merchandise Support Team
