Vendor Selling i150 Accessories?

While we are at it, does this Amber thingys give you crafting accessories too?

Not sure about the craft accessories but I did want to add that you can get amber from the single leves at the same location in Foundation but instead of getting 5 in one shot for the temple leve you get one at a time if there is a treasure chest drop.
