Yes, thank you, I understand it depends on your role - perfectly fine when you're queueing solo. But when you're in a party, you're not waiting for a duty to pop for you as a [role], you're waiting for a duty to pop for you as a [party] - you're waiting for [roles] to pop in your queue. If you're a tank in party with a DPS, neither one of you is gonna get in the duty sooner than the other.
